100 KM PEDESTRIAN IN ROUTE
REGION OF MURCIA - LOS ALCAZARES
= REGULATIONS =

Article 1º.- ORGANIZER
The Sporting Association Promodeport, in colaboration with the Town Hall of Los Alcázares and the Athletics Federation of Region of Murcia, organizes the III “100KM Pedestrian Region of Murcia” with the following regulations:

Article 2º.- THE COMPETITIONS
The competition will take place on Saturday 3, MARCH, of 2018 at 07:00 (AM), in Los Alcázares, being the start and finish located at: Paseo Marítimo de Los Alcázares (in front of Club Nautico Los Alcázares)
         COMPETITIONS:
         100 KM in route
           50 KM in route
        RELAYS RACE 10X10
        Date: Saturday 3 March 2018, at 7:00 (AM)
Place: Paseo Marítimo, Los Alcázares
Completion time: 14 hours.

Article 3º.- DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION
There are the following modalities:
Individual competition of 100 km in route with a limit of 14 hours (the finish line closes at 21:00h).
Participants can complete 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100 kilometers, and still receive a commemorative trophy.

Relays popular race with relays of up to 10 members, each one running one or more times a distance of 10 km.


Article 4º.- PARTICIPANTS
The race is open to every person without restrictions per nationality, sex or race, as long as they are correctly registered and older than 18 years.


Article 5º.- CIRCUIT
The circuit is over the promenade by the beach of Los Alcázares with a distance of 5000 meters per lap, completely flat. Runners or teams must complete 20 laps to finish a total distance of 100 km. The circuit is marked off with signs, plastic tape, cones, etc.


Article 6º.- REFRESHMENT POINTS
There will be a refreshment point in route near the starting/finish area of general use in each lap (only for participating runners in competition), offering water, isotonic drink, nuts, biscuits, fruit, etc. There will be a private refreshment points for runners that want to bring their own products.


Article 7º.- STARTING LINE CONTROL
Every participant must pick up their bib number with incorporated timing chip, to be placed in the torso and back and with respect to its advertisements.

START OF INDIVIDUAL RACES:
The start box will be open at 6:30h in the starting line, and the runner must not exit the box until the start of the race.

START OF RELAYS RACE:
Starts at 9:30h. Each runner will run one or more laps of 10000 meters, passing a token chip to the next in their team until the completion of the 100 km.


Article 8º.- RACE CONTROL
There will be a control point that every runner must pass through in each lap.
The runner will carry a bib number with chip in the torso and back to ease the timing and control. The bib number is personal and intransfereable.


Article 9º.- ADVERTISEMENTS IN ATHLETES
Advertisements in the clothing of runners must comply with IAAF rules.


Article 10º.- ABANDONEMENT
Runners that abandon the race must communicate to a referee or organization member and return the bib number and chip at the control point in the start/finish line.


Article 11º.- CATEGORIES
There will be the following categories:
INDIVIDUAL:
General Absolute
Senior: from 18 to 34 years old the day of the race
MASTER 35
MASTER 40
MASTER 45
MASTER 50
MASTER 55
MASTER 60
MASTER 65
MASTER 70, for runners 70 years old and older.

RELAYS:
Participants in the relays race will not enter the individual competition.
In the relays race there are no age categories, but there will be three categories regarding sex of the members.
Male
Female
Mixed (at least three members male and three female)


Article 12º.- PRIZES, TROPHIES AND CLASSIFICATIONS
The organization will publish classifications for the absolute category and for each age and sex category. The first male and first female of the absolute category, and the first three male and female of each age category will receive a trophy. Other runners who complete the 100 KM race will receive a special participation trophy.
THE ATHLETES MAY ABANDON AFTER COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING DISTANCES, AS LONG AS THAT REGISTERED FOR THE 100 KM:
40km - 50km - 60km - 70km - 80km – 90km
YET WILL RECEIVE THE CORRESPONDING PARTICIPATION TROPHY.
THE RUNNER WHO ABANDONS BEFORE COMPLETING THE RACE MUST COMMUNICATE TO THE ARRIVAL CONTROL POSITION TO RECEIVE THEIR TROPHY.
The runners who abandons after completing one of the aforementioned distances will appear in a separate classification for each distance.
TROPHIES FOR THE RELAY COMPETITION
The first three teams of each sex category in completing the 100 km race will receive a trophy.

CLASSIFICATIONS
The organization will publish classifications for the 100 km and 50 km for the absolute category and a specific one for each age category. There will be other classifications for 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 km without distinction of age categories.
The relay race will have a single classification.


Article 15º.- AWARDS CEREMONY
The awards ceremony will take place at 16:30 hours for the categories with a complete podium. For the rest of categories, the awards ceremony will continue for those categories as soon as the podiums complete.


Article 13º.- REGISTRATION (Limited to 150 individual participants)

INDIVIDUAL: The registration fee is 40 €, and each participant will receive a commemorative shirt, a trophy and gifts from our sponsors.

RELAYS: The team fee is 120 € (and can be up to 10 components). The speaker of the team registers the team without detailing the team members through www.famu.es and must send an email to mricofra@gmail.com, with the details of the team members (download and fill this form), in the relay order, prior to February 21, 2018.

Registrations can be made through the web www.famu.es since the publication of this regulation and until the day of closing of entries, at Sunday 21 February 2018 at 20:00h for payments Card (POS) and Sunday February 18 2018 at 23:00 for payments by bank transfer. Registration will take place through: www.famu.es

 * No registration will be made after the deadline nor on the day of the race

** Once registration is accepted, the fee will NOT BE REIMBURSABLE.

Pre-registrations that have not been paid after 72 hours can not be guaranteed their participation in the race.

ALL REGISTRATION gives the right to receive: Commemorative test t-shirt and gifts that can be obtained.

Article 14º.- COLLECTION OF BIB NUMBERS
Runners and teams can collect their bib numbers and gifts and since Friday February 1, from 16:00 to 22:00, in location to be determined, in Los Alcázares. Members of the organization will be there to answer all questions about the event.
Also, the day of the race, until one hour of the start of the races, in the organization desk, runners and teams can collect their bib numbers.
It is mandatory to show identity card or password to collect the bib numbers, and those will only be given to the entitled runners

THE PARTICIPATION OF ANY RUNWAY WITHOUT BIB NUMBER IS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECURITY REASONS, as they will not be covered by the insurance of the organization, and therefore, those who do not wear their back in a visible way will be removed from the race.

Article 15º.- TECHNICAL CONTROL
The test will be controlled by staff of the organization exclusively. The time control will be through specialized company. The results and classifications will be carried out by the timing company. All claims must be made within 15 minutes of the results being published. In any question or doubt that is not contemplated in this regulation will apply the criterion of the organization.


Article 16º.- ACCOMPANYING
Only vehicles that determine the police and organization may accompany the test.


Article 17º.- MEDICAL DEVICE
An appropriate medical device will be organized in accordance with current legislation. The organization recommends having a medical checkup and / or exercise test for all persons who have not previously tested for similar characteristics or who have not exercised for an extended period of time.


Article 18º.- DISQUALIFICATION
It may be a reason for disqualification:
Not running the whole tour on foot by the place marked by the organization.
Not passing through the exit control and by those established in the course.
Investing more than 14 hours in the race on foot from the start time on the 100 km test
Not following the indications of the judges, the organization or security personnel.
Not wearing the dorsal on the front of the shirt and in a well visible place.
Receiving outside help outside the food supply areas.
Not carrying the chip (or equivalent system) in the indicated place.
Participating with the bib number of another runner.
Participating with a bib number not authorized by the Organization.
Participants are not allowed to run accompanied by pets, or other persons outside the competition, especially minors, for safety reasons, and may be disqualified for this reason, and they would not appear in the final classification and could not access any of the prizes or gifts that the organization grants.


Article 19º.- INSURANCE
 All participants will be included in a sports accident insurance policy and will be covered for any accidents that occur as a consequence of career development, and never as a result of latent suffering, injury, recklessness, negligence, noncompliance with The laws and the articles of the Regulations, indications of the organization, etc., nor those produced in the trips to and from the place where the career is developed.

IMPORTANT: In the case of an accident, this situation must be communicated to any member of the organization. In the first instance, it must be attended by the medical services of the organization, who will determine the degree of injury and initiate the communication protocol of the injured party.


Article 20º.- HEALTH ASSESMENT
All participants acknowledge and confirm by the mere fact of registering and taking part in the outing they are in adequate physical condition, and sufficiently trained to participate in the test. That they do not suffer from illness, physical defect or injury that may aggravate and seriously impair health by participating in this test. And if any injury, physical defect, or any other circumstance that could aggravate or seriously impair health by participating in this test and / or its parallel activities, will be brought to the attention of the Organization, accepting the decisions that the Respect to be adopted by those responsible for the event.


Article 21º.- AUTHORIZATIONS
I authorize the organizers of the event to record all or part of my participation in the event by means of photographs, films, television, radio, video and any other means known or to be known, and early all rights related to their commercial and advertising exploitation that they consider to exercise, without my right to receive any financial compensation.


Article 22º.- ACCEPTANCE OF THESE REGULATIONS
All participants, by registering, accept this regulation and in case of doubt or any situation not reflected in it, the provisions of the Organizing Committee will prevail.


Article 23º.- Data Protection Act
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, which regulates the Protection of Personal Data, all personal data provided in the registration form will be incorporated into automated files owned by the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, duly registered with the Data Protection Agency, and that comply with the organizational and security measures required by the Regulation on Security Measures regulated by Royal Decree 1720/2007. Your personal data will be used in the terms foreseen by the current legislation, and for the aforementioned purpose. If you wish, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, which are recognized by the aforementioned Organic Law. To exercise this right must request in writing addressed to the Federation of Athletics of the Region of Murcia C / Juan Carlos I, 15 - 30009 Murcia.


Article 14º.- ACCOMODATIONS
The organization of the 100 KM. Is managing cheap accommodation for participants and companions and will be published on the web in due course.


WARNING
The organizers reserve the right to modify the present regulation or part of it, warning the participants, in advance of the celebration of the Test, on the web or using any other means.
