100 KM PEDESTRES IN ROUTE REGION OF MURCIA
THE ALCAZARES

= REGULATION =

Article 1º.- ORGANIZER

The Promodepor Sports Association, in collaboration with the City Council of Los Alcázares and the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, organize the "100KM Pedestrian Region of Murcia" according to the following regulation:

Article 2º.- TEST

The event will be held on Saturday February 11, 2017 from 07:00 pm in Los Alcázares, being located at the start and finish: Promenade Los Alcázares

Article 3.- METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

It can be disputed according to the following modalities:

  • Individual popular test of 100 km route, to be held in the promenade of Los Alcázares, from 7:00 pm with a maximum of 14 hours (establishing the closing race at 21:00 pm).

You can run 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 kilometers, receiving the corresponding trophy.

  • Popular team event in relays 8 to 10 components, each running a distance of 10,000 meters (should be less than 10 will be allowed to any of the remaining double distance)

Article 4.- PARTICIPANTS

Any runner can participate without any racial, sexual or nationality discrimination, duly registered and over 18 years of age.

Article 5.- ROUTE

The route will be a Circuit enabled on the Paseo Marítimo with a distance of: 5,000 meters per lap. Completely level, having to complete 20 laps to complete the total distance: 100 km. The circuit will be marked by signposts, fences, cones and plastic beacon.

Article 6º.- AVITUALLAMIENTOS

A point of provisioning in exit zone, of general use, in each return to the circuit, composed of Water, isotonic, nuts, cookies, fruits, etc. will be established. Within this position will be enabled an area where each runner can deposit his own supplies.

Article 7 - CONTROL PARTICIPANTS

Each participant will collect before the start the Dorsal and Chip, which will be visible in the chest and back and respecting their advertising.

ATTENTION TO EXIT CONTROL

  • INDIVIDUAL OUTPUT: It will be open from 6:30 am on starting line, and where the participant may not leave the premises until departure time at 7:00.

  • OUT EQUIPMENT: beginning at 9:30. Each runner will travel a distance of 10,000 meters, passing the chip to the next partner, in the zone enabled for it. Only the next runner to catch the witness may remain in the starting area before or during the start of the race.

Article 8.- CONTROL OF THE TEST

A checkpoint will be set up in the path by which all runners must pass compulsory.

The athlete will wear a DORSAL-CHIP on chest and back to facilitate timing and control. The number is personal and non-transferable.

Article 9.- ADVERTISING IN ATHLETES

The advertising of athletes' garments shall be in accordance with the IAAF Rules.

Article 10.- ABANDONMENT

The athlete who leaves must deliver the dorsal-chip upon arrival at the Control post.

Article 11 - CATEGORIES

The following categories will be established:

INDIVIDUAL

General Absolute Masculine and Feminine.

Categories by age group:

Senior:

From 18 to 34 years old

Veterans A:

35 to 39 years old.

Veterans B:

40 to 44 years.

Veterans C:

45 to 49 years.

Veterans D:

50 to 54 years.

Veterans E:

55 to 59 years.

Veterans F:

60 to 64 years.

Veterans G:

65 to 69 years.

Veterans H:

70 to 74 years.

Veterans I:

75 or more.

EQUIPMENT

In the participation of modality Teams will not make age distinction to its components, nor participate in Individual status.

  • Men's

  • Women

  • Mixed (at least three components of a sex).

Article 12.- PRIZES, TROPHIES AND CLASSIFICATIONS

INDIVIDUAL

A general classification is established and another by categories. They will receive trophy 1st and 1st classified in the general and trophy the first three of each category. The remaining riders who complete the 100 KM test will receive a participation trophy.

THE ATHLETES MAY STOP AT THE FOLLOWING DISTANCE, PROVIDED THAT THEY ARE ATTRIBUTED TO THE 100 KM:

30km - 40km - 50km - 60km - 70km - 80km - 90km. RECEIVING THE CORRESPONDING TROPHY OF PARTICIPATION.

THE ATHLETE WHO STOPS IN THESE DISTANCES MUST COMMUNICATE TO THE ARRIVAL CONTROL POSITION TO RECEIVE THEIR TROPHY.

All who finish in these distances will receive: TROPHY OF PARTICIPATION and APPEAR IN LIST OF CLASSIFICATION OF EACH DISTANCE

TROPHY TEAMS

The first three teams carry less time to run the distance of 100 KM.

CLASSIFICATIONS

For 100 km and 50 km. A general classification and one of each category will be established. There will only be trophies for categories. There will be another classification for 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 km without distinction of categories.

There will also be a team classification for the 100 km (minimum 8 runners).

Article 13.- DELIVERY OF TROPHIES

The celebration of trophy delivery will be held from 16:30 hours. And every hour as the runners finish.

Article 14º.- REGISTRATION

Limited to 150 individual participants.

INDIVIDUAL: The registration fee is 40 €, and the participant will receive a commemorative shirt, trophy, gifts that can be achieved.

TEAM: The team fee is 120 € (and can be 8 to 10 components), by joining the team representative in www.famu.es and sending mail mricofra@gmail.com , a ratio of its components, All your data, in the order of departure, before January 31, 2016.

All entries can be made through the web www.famu.es since the publication of this regulation and until the day of closing of entries being fixed that day for Sunday 31 January 2017 at 20: 00h for payments Card (POS) and Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 23:00 for payments by bank transfer or bank transfer. Article 15.- COLLECTION OF DORSALES:

The DORSALES will be able to be collected and receive all the information, from FRIDAY 9, from 16:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., in (pending designation) and the equipment, until one hour before the test, in Carp organization, where delegates will pick the team with the runner 's bag Dorsal, Chip and commemorative shirt for all participants of their teams.

For the collection of riders, it is MANDATORY to present the ID or official document that proves the identity. Only dorsales are delivered to the holder of the inscription.

THE PARTICIPATION OF ANY RUNWAY WITHOUT DORSAL IS NOT ALLOWED FOR SECURITY REASONS, as they will not be covered by the insurance of the organization, and therefore, those who do not wear their back in a visible way will be removed from the race.

Article 16º.- TECHNICAL CONTROL

The test will be controlled by staff of the organization exclusively. The time control will be through specialized company. The results and classifications will be carried out by the timing company. All claims must be made within 15 minutes of the results being published. In any question or doubt that is not contemplated in this regulation will apply the criterion of the organization.

Article 17 - ACCOMPANYING

Only vehicles that determine the police and organization may accompany the test.

Article 18.- SANITARY DEVICE

An appropriate medical device will be organized in accordance with current legislation. The organization recommends having a medical checkup and / or exercise test for all persons who have not previously tested for similar characteristics or who have not exercised for an extended period of time.

Article 19 .- It may be a reason for disqualification:

  • Do not carry out the whole tour on foot by the place marked by the organization.

  • Do not pass through the exit control and by those established in the course.

  • Invest more than 14 hours in the race on foot from the start time on the 100 km test

  • Do not follow the indications of the judges, the organization or security personnel.

  • Do not wear the dorsal on the front of the shirt and in a well visible place.

  • Receive outside help outside the food supply areas.

  • Do not carry the chip (or equivalent system) in the indicated place.

  • Participate with the back of another runner.

  • Participate with a number not authorized by the Organization.

Participants are not allowed to run accompanied by pets, or other persons outside the competition, especially minors, for safety reasons, and may be disqualified for this reason, and they would not appear in the final classification and could not access any of them. The prizes or gifts that the organization grants.

Article 20.- INSURANCE

All participants will be included in a sports accident insurance policy and will be covered for any accidents that occur as a consequence of career development, and never as a result of latent suffering, injury, recklessness, negligence, noncompliance with The laws and the articles of the Regulations, indications of the organization, etc., nor those produced in the trips to and from the place where the career is developed.

IMPORTANT: In the case of an accident, this situation must be communicated to any member of the organization. In the first instance, it must be attended by the medical services of the organization, who will determine the degree of injury and initiate the communication protocol of the injured party.

Article 21º.- CONFIRMATION

All participants acknowledge and confirm by the mere fact of registering and taking part in the outing they are in adequate physical condition, and sufficiently trained to participate in the test. That they do not suffer from illness, physical defect or injury that may aggravate and seriously impair health by participating in this test. And if any injury, physical defect, or any other circumstance that could aggravate or seriously impair health by participating in this test and / or its parallel activities, will be brought to the attention of the Organization, accepting the decisions that the Respect to be adopted by those responsible for the event.

Article 22.- AUTHORIZATIONS

Article 23 .- ACCEPTANCE

All participants, by registering, accept this regulation and in case of doubt or any situation not reflected in it, the provisions of the Organizing Committee will prevail.

Article 24.- Data Protection Act

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, which regulates the Protection of Personal Data, all personal data provided in the registration form will be incorporated into automated files owned by the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, duly registered with the Data Protection Agency, and that comply with the organizational and security measures required by the Regulation on Security Measures regulated by Royal Decree 1720/2007. Your personal data will be used in the terms foreseen by the current legislation, and for the aforementioned purpose. Article 25º.- ACCOMMODATIONS

The organization of the 100 KM. Is managing cheap accommodation for participants and companions and will be published on the web in due course.

WARNING

The organizers reserve the right to modify the present regulation or part of it, warning the participants, in advance of the celebration of the Test, on the web or using any other means.
